Why are my photos not uploading?
Our system only accepts JPG and PNG file types. Please make sure that your photos aren’t too big or too small. They must be between 70KB – 15MB (15,000KB).
Please check to make sure they are the right file type and size. This can be done by right clicking the file and clicking "Properties" on Windows or "Get info" on a Mac.
For the best looking photos on your virtual tour please provide us with the largest photo file size. A lower photo file size will diminish the quality of the photo on the virtual tour.
