Your ads may take several business days to appear, typically up to 5. Please keep in mind that since the ads are supported by third parties we cannot control exactly when they are posted.
You will find direct links to all your ads in your Seller Media Kit. This is always emailed to you, but you may also find it anytime by logging into your eXp Luxury Listings dashboard through OKTA and clicking “Manage Listings” under “My Listings” from the left hand menu and then clicking “Manage Listing” for the property you wish to see the ads for.
On the Listing Overview page for your property, expand “SELLER MEDIA KIT & ACTIVITY REPORT.” There you can View or Share your Media Kit. Each page within that Kit will have a button that says “See in Action” that will take you to that live ad.
To make sure you are subscribed to Weekly Activity Reports, click on the "My Listings" tab in the menu, then "Manage Listings" and “Manage Listing” again for the property you want to receive the report for. Expand the “SELLER MEDIA KIT & ACTIVITY REPORT” section and under Activity Report Email click “Subscribe & Send.”
There you will be able to subscribe to the reports for up to 3 recipients. Keep in mind your contact email, as the listing agent, will already be subscribed. If you have a client or colleague that wants to receive these activity reports, simply add their email and hit Subscribe. These get sent automatically each week, but you can login at any time to “Send Report Now.”
These reports give you a breakdown of how many hits your listing’s website, MLS tour, and all your ads are getting each week. Show this to your client so they can see how the marketing you have placed is garnering them a ton of exposure.
