What if I have a co-listing agent?

If you have a co-listing agent on one of your properties, it will be available under "Activate Listings" in only the the primary agent's eXp Luxury Listings dashboard (if they are a lxuury member) and counts towards that agents monthly allotment of listings.  Once live, you may manage the listing within that dashboard as well under "Manage Listings." 

If you have are the secondary agent on the co-listing, regardless of whether the co-lister is with eXp or eXp Luxury, you may manually submit a listing. Once logged into your eXp Luxury Listings dashboard, click “Start a Listing Campaign” from the main dashboard. Follow the steps until the end where you will be asked to confirm the submission.

Be advised that our ad partners allow only one phone number and one email address (primary agent), however we can add both of your names and headshots. In this case, both names will appear on all marketing collateral and ads.

By default the system will upload the headshot associated with the owner agent account, but if you would like to have both of you there are two options. First, if you have a group/team photo you can go to "Manage Listings" in the left hand menu of the dashboard under "My Listings." Then click "Manage Listing" for the property which you need to make the change. Then click "Edit Agent Info" from the Listing Overview page underneath the property photo. Make the necessary changes on that page and hit "Save."

Second, if you do not have a photo together we can attach them and upload them for your for this listing. If you'd like to do so, please email both headshots to us at support@expluxury.com and include both agent names and in which order the photos should appear. We will then upload that for you. 

We suggest that the second agent, add their email to the "Secondary Email" field that appears in the "Edit Agent Info" page of the co-listed property so they get copied on all assets being sent out for the listing.
