About The Design Center's Early Onboard Phase

We’ll be launching the Design Center in an Early Onboard Phase to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. 


We’re expecting that this phase will last about 7-10 days.  The purpose of this phase is to: 


  • Help you get connected and get your profile optimized

  • Get you comfortable with the tools and features

  • Make sure all the templates and features are functioning as expected

  • And to make sure that everything is in compliance with brand and regulatory requirements


During the Early Onboard Phase:


  • We highly recommend you watch the training videos that I’ll be posting and do some practice runs with various templates.

  • You should optimize your profile to make sure your contact info, picture and cobrand logo (optional) displays the way you like it

  • There will be a limited number of templates available during the Early Onboard phase. We’ll be adding more at the full launch, and continually adding lots more over time. 

  • Direct printing and mailing services will be disabled at the start but will get turned on towards the end of the Onboard

  • You WILL be able to download some Adobe Art Files if you’re using a professional designer

  • After you create a design, it will be sent through a compliance process before you can proceed with sharing or downloading.  (We want to make sure that everything looks as expected!)

  • We want your feedback about the process, and for you to tell us what new templates and designs you’d find most valuable!

  • If you urgently need assets for a live listing or other time sensitive matter, please connect with us and we’ll do whatever we can to help. 


We’re excited to have your help with perfecting everything and we’re excited to open it up to full functionality quickly!
