If you would like to submit a listing for eXp Luxury marketing, first login through OKTA and go to the eXp Luxury Listings tile. Check to see whether it is available in your luxury listings dashboard under “My Listings” and then “Activate Listings.” If so, you can simply select “Activate this listing” and it will be submitted immediately. 

You can also submit a listing manually. Select “Start a Listing Campaign” from the main dashboard. Follow the steps until the end where you will be asked to confirm the submission. Before setting up your tour this way, please gather all necessary information and photos for your property.

You will need the following to get started.

• Basic listing details (bed bath, price, etc.)

• Description for the property

• Property photos (36 max) 

• Agent head-shot

• Image of your company logo,

• Contact information (name, phone, email, website, company name, and license number)

For the fastest and most accurate turnaround times please make sure all information is accurately filled out on your online set-up before submitting for production to start.
